Book an Appointment

STUDIO ETIQUETTE & POLICIES:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment. This will give adequate time to fill out your paperwork before your service. Each client must fill out an authorization form for the service they are receiving.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. Please be courteous of your esthetician’s time as well.  We require a 12 hour notice if you decide to cancel your appointment. If you do not provide notice 12 hours prior to your appointment, a fee up to 50% of your service may be charged before you can reschedule. **First time eyelash extension guests will be charged $100 for a cancelled appointment if not notified before the 12 hour period.**

NO SHOW POLICY:
If you decide not to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

CHILDREN/TEEN SERVICES:
Esthetic services such as brow waxing and facials can be provided for children ages 13-17. Children under the age of 16 must have a parent with them during their service. Teens age 16-17 must have parental consent for a service.

CELL PHONES:
For a relaxing experience, we ask that you please turn your cell phone to vibrate or silent before your service starts.

PRICES, REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Prices can change without notice. We are confident in our services and do not issue refunds. Please fully consult with your esthetician about any medical conditions, allergies or concerns you may have before your service. Retail purchases cannot be returned, with the exception of skin care. Skin care products can only be returned if there was an allergic response.
