STUDIO ETIQUETTE & POLICIES:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment. This will give adequate time to fill out your paperwork before your service. Each client must fill out an authorization form for the service they are receiving.
Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. Please be courteous of your esthetician’s time as well. We require a 12 hour notice if you decide to cancel your appointment. If you do not provide notice 12 hours prior to your appointment, a fee up to 50% of your service may be charged before you can reschedule.

NO SHOW POLICY:
If you decide not to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
Esthetic services such as brow waxing and facials can be provided for children ages 13-17. Children under the age of 16 must have a parent with them during their service. Teens age 16-17 must have parental consent for a service.
For a relaxing experience, we ask that you please turn your cell phone to vibrate or silent before your service starts.
PRICES, REFUNDS & RETURNS:
We are confident in our services and do not issue refunds. Please fully consult with your esthetician about any medical conditions, allergies or concerns you may have before your service. With the exception of skin care products, retail purchases cannot be returned. Skin care products can only be returned if there was an allergic response.
Deposits are required and are non-refundable. Your deposit may only be transferred to one alternate appointment time should the need to reschedule occur. After that a new deposit will be required to schedule again.
If you have previous permanent makeup/microblading, you must contact us before your initial appointment. Not all previous work can or should be touched up. If you come to your first appointment without mentioning this previously, your appointment may be canceled and you will be charged the full service price.
